Deirdre Casey (Co-Director, Proper琀椀es)
Deirdre Casey is excited to help bring to life a story so
close to her heart. She would like to thank Weary Arts
Group for its con琀椀nued support, Rissa for teaching her
to become a be琀琀er communicator, Gabe for being her
be琀琀er half, and Sam for his constant love.
Gabriel Casey (Choreographer)
Gabriel Casey has always had a passion for musical theater and choreography. At a young age, she choreographed her 昀椀rst musical alongside her twin sister, Deirdre Casey. Her mission is to cul琀椀vate a welcoming and
upli昀琀ing environment where individuals can grow and
thrive, both as ar琀椀sts and as human beings. She is deeply apprecia琀椀ve of her energe琀椀c and enthusias琀椀c cast,
whose hard work and dedica琀椀on inspire her every day.
Adrianna Chavez (Ensemble)
Adrien is excited to be part of this show. They are proud
to be dancing and singing along with Weary Arts and
can’t wait to play Pokémon while o昀昀stage.
Tshyona Dagnachew (Asaka)
Tshyona Dagnachew is excited to work on this produc琀椀on with such a talented cast and crew. She has previously worked on two DreamWrights shows and recently
played Heather Duke in Heathers at York College of
Pennsylvania. She thanks her friends and family for
their ongoing support.
Simone Davis (Costume Designer)
Simone is a local art, theater, and clothing enthusiast.
She is glad to be returning for this produc}on as Costume Designer.
Jon Diaz Ramos (Ensemble)
Jon wasn’t planning on doing another performance so
soon, but he promises to give his best for this one as
well. He gives thanks to his friends and family for their
con琀椀nued support in his journey toward ac琀椀ng.

Jaalah Erskine (Li琀琀le Ti Moune)
Jaalah is a third grader at Indian Rock Elementary. She
enjoys a琀琀ending her church, Faith Village Chris琀椀an Center, and loves to share the good news! She has danced
with Praize Break since age 3. Jaalah is excited to be
part of this performance and wants the world to know
she is kind, loving, smart, and a child of God. In her free
琀椀me, she enjoys roller ska琀椀ng, cheerleading, and playing with her cousins.
Anna Fraser (Costume Designer)
Anna Fraser is thrilled to co-design the costumes for
Once on This Island with Simone Davis. Most recently,
she stage managed The Curious Incident of the Dog in
the Night-Time and costume designed Pu昀昀s. She is also a
teacher at York Country Day School.
Rio Fuentes (Ensemble)
This is Rio’s 昀椀rst 琀椀me taking part in a musical produc琀椀on.
She has a琀琀ended camps at DreamWrights and previously played Violet in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at
Dover High School. She has also been in numerous
OrangMite produc琀椀ons including The Alchemist, Shakespeare in the Park, and War of the Roses. Rio was recently accepted into the Capital Area School for the Arts
in Harrisburg and is excited for this opportunity to grow
her theater career.
Aviana Gonzalez (Ensemble)
Aviana has been doing shows for three years and loves
all things theater. In her free 琀椀me, she composes her
own music. Huge shout out to her mother for driving her
to all of the rehearsals and never giving up on her passions.
Jaxson Hess (Ensemble)
Jaxson Hess is 15 and a freshman at York High. He par琀椀cipates in mul琀椀ple sports, including soccer, football, and
volleyball, and is involved in many events both in and
out of school. He enjoys music, hanging out with friends,
and playing video games.
Nova Journell (Ensemble)
Nova Journell (they/them) has performed in several high
school produc琀椀ons, including West Side Story and Harry
Po琀琀er and the Cursed Child. They are excited to branch
out beyond high school theater and take on new opportuni琀椀es.
Ashley Manning (Sound Designer)
Ashley Manning began her theater journey as a freshman in high school, performing in produc琀椀ons such as
Alice in Wonderland, In the Heights, and Beauty and the
Beast. Since gradua琀椀ng, she has worked as a stage manager with Weary Arts Group and hopes to con琀椀nue sharing her knowledge and passion with the next genera琀椀on
of performers.
Ne’Honesty Mar琀椀n (Ensemble)
Ne’Honesty enjoys playing the bass, par琀椀cipa琀椀ng in hair
and beauty projects, and engaging in crea琀椀ve expression. She is excited to be part of this produc琀椀on and
grateful to share the stage with so many talented performers.
